Backyard Island Tablescape

March 22, 2022

Today, Sarah and I are sharing a simple backyard tablescape featuring fresh clipped greenery and a cornflower blue and mustard yellow color palette. Our mom has taught us many things about tablescaping, and we’ve watched her make countless centerpiece arrangements with florals and greenery from her own backyard. This one’s for you, Nan! A sweet friend of mine gifted me this beautiful painted ceramic vase and I love it with the freshly foraged wild fishtail palm fronds inside. I’m going to miss those palms when we move from our little beach cottage into the new house, but for now I’m soaking up their beauty everyday!

A few things to note on this table: cornflower blue scalloped napkins (that can double as placemats) from one of our favorites, Pink House Design // glass blue swirl napkin rings are old from Williams Sonoma (linking some below that I found on eBay!) // Painted vase is Anna + Nina from Liberty London // Tablecloth is old from The Avenue //
