These are a few of my favorite things….! Sarah , Grace , Sarah Hunt and I got together for a fun ‘Favorite Things’ party. We all pitched in to set the table (dressed in none other than one of our ‘favorite things’ – blue + white, of course!) and share a few of our favorite things together. I love learning what products and items other gals swear by – love to hear an honest review from a credible source! Below are some pictures of our table, followed by “a few of my favorite things” – check out the other girls pages for what their go-to’s are. 🙂
My Favorite Things:
Susan Shaw Baroque Pearl Earrings – These are classic and go with everything!
Megababe ‘Sunny Pits’ Deodorant – aluminum-free and non-toxic, plus smells amazing and keeps your underarms fresh and dry!
Jo Malone Poppy & Barley Perfume – I used to not be a big perfume wearer, but during this crazy year that is 2020, I have been wearing a spritz every day as an easy way to make me smile and this is BY FAR my most favorite scent ever ever ever. Whether I leave the house or not, smelling this on my skin always lifts my spirits.Â
Laneige Lip Glowy Balm in Grapefruit – this has the slightest tint to it and keeps my lips hydrated and feeling so smooth.Â
Tanologist Sunless Tanning Drops – as a Florida girl, it’s completely normal to be sun kissed. However, after having my first bout of skin cancer on my face this summer I have vowed to protect my skin more than ever. I love these drops because you mix them with your moisturizer for your face, or favorite body lotion for your body. They’re fast acting and give the perfect glow, also, they don’t break me out and I have v reactive skin. I use the ‘medium’ shade.Â
Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler – if you know, you know! I’ve been using this curler for 10+ years and there’s a reason why it’s a cult favorite. Now that we’re wearing masks over our face, my beauty routine is this and mascara and go!Â
Westman Atelier ‘Eye Love You Mascara’ – clean and free of scary chemicals, this mascara lasts forever! All you need is one coat for full, long lashes.Â
Honey + Hank Mississippi Magnolias Tea Towel – I love this sweet magnolia print and if you look closely, you’ll see the print is made up of little Mississippi icons. I went to Ole Miss and have roots in Mississippi, so this darling towel is an ode to my love for that special place. And while we’re on the subject of favorites, I’ll leave you with one of my favorite quotes, “To understand the world, you must first understand a place like Mississippi” – William Faulkner
