Grandmillenial Tablescape

August 22, 2020

This evening, Sarah and I escaped through tablescaping. Our favorite activity these days. We put this fabulous grandmillenial style ‘scape together in collaboration with The Avenue. If you’re unfamiliar with The Avenue- it’s one of our most favorite online boutiques, curated to perfection with beautiful clothing, gifts and housewares. The owner behind it all, Lyndsey Zorich is a true style icon and has an impeccable eye for fashion and design. I especially love her latest movement during the pandemic; to #makemealsmemories – so that’s what we’ll do!

For this tablescape, we went for a layered look and a bit of pattern play. Beginning with a green block print tablecloth, scalloped edged linen placemats, blue and white floral plates, and darling napkins in a ditsy floral print. We busted out our trusty bamboo flatware and hobnail glassware to complete the setting. To top it all off, we threw some hydrangeas in a wicker basket bag for a sweet and simple centerpiece.
