My husband and I are expecting our first child, a baby boy, this August. It has been such a joy to dream up his nursery. We are going with a soft blue and green palette, which probably comes as a surprise to no one, ha! I love mixing patterns and textures and seeing it all come together. We still have a few finishing touches until this room is complete but it’s getting there, and we have been loving documenting the process every step of the way.

As far as the furniture goes, we are using a dresser and side table we already owned and a crib that has been passed down in my family. We were really only lacking a glider and ottoman.
